The Summer Long Table Dinner will take your taste buds on a journey of mouth-watering goodness with a decadent 2-course alternate drop dinner featuring spreads to start, beer, wine and spritzers.  Chat, laugh and, delight the night away while set amongst a picturesque summer garden packed full of blooming florals, bespoke garden decor, quaint arrangements and more. To start:
– Edible garden
– Cured salumi Australia meats, Coston Basset Stilton, Ossau Iraty, Chevrano XO goats gouda, chicken, leek and truffle terrine, dried fruits, fresh berries, hummus, French baguette

Alternate drop mains:
– Crispy skin Humpty Doo barramundi, fondant potatoes, charred asparagus, seafood bisque, chive oil (GF)
– 180g Grain-fed eye fillet, mille-feuille potato, Dutch carrots, charred asparagus, creamy mustard jus (GF)

Alternate drop desserts:
– Olive oil cake, lemon curd, raspberry coulis, fresh berries, edible blooms
– Rich chocolate mousse, chocolate soil, fresh berries, gold lead, edible blooms (GFA)
